  1. A potential lessee submits to the office of SF Equipment Leasing Ukraine the required documents along with application. The list of documents is available on corporate web-site or will be provided by our Sales Managers upon request.
  2. In case of a positive decision, SG Equipment Leasing Ukraine LLC concludes a leasing agreement with a client.
  3. After the leasing agreement has been concluded the lessee arranges advance payment.
  4. SG Equipment Leasing Ukraine purchases equipment from vendor after purchase agreement has been concluded.
  5. Purchase agreement identifies vendor's obligations related to on-time delivery of equipment, price, procedure of settlements, equipment quality and completeness, supply and assembling related obligations.
  6. SG Equipment Leasing Ukraine LLC undertakes custom clearance and registration of equipment etc.
  7. Once equipment has been transferred to the lessee the latter is responsible for equipment storage in-service state.
  8. During a lease term SG Equipment Leasing Ukraine LLC remains the owner of equipment, which is used for productive purposes by the lessee in exchange for periodic fee.
